Not bad for the price. I stayed here when I frist moved to London and was searching for a rental. Not the best area (don't go walking around at night) and it was small and uncomfortable. Still, it was better than two weeks on the couch at a share-house.

7The staff I dealt with at the beginning of my stay were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and infect made my stay a negative experience. Wouldn't stay again

9The first day we have to change the apartment because the door can be open without a key, because of the gap between the door and the doorframe. The staff was helpful and in the second apartment all was good.

1I think you should improve the way you treat your clients. Really poor customer service. It looks like you're only interested on the guest's money. Didn't ask us if we enjoyed the accomodation, actually didn't even said 'good morning'. Would never recommend it to anyone.

12We enjoyed staying there so much. We could cook, pack our sandwichs saving this way a lot of money. It was close to the centre of london. Sumarazing We had a lot of fun. I woud stay there my next time in London.

1Super close to the tube on the Jubilee line, only about 20 min. to downtown. Nice little apartment in a cool neighborhood.A really good deal for London.

1Happy staff! Helpfull!!! The place is little bit far from downtown by subway, if you are not in shape, but the Jubilee line is perfect!!! Thanks for everything

1The room had everything i needed for my stay. The free pick up service was excellent, saved me alot of hassle trying to get to there with all my luggage! Nice welcome pack in room, and staff were very helpful. I would stay with this company again.
