We were on the top floor (approximately the 5th floor?) There are no lifts. The restroom was fairly clean. The hot water took a while to warm up. There was a sink in our room. The strange thing about it was it had two separate faucets for hot water and cold water, which I assume is common in... more We were on the top floor (approximately the 5th floor?) The strange thing about it was it had two separate faucets for hot water and cold water, which I assume is common in England because we saw that in a restroom too at a train station. Everything around the hotel closes early. Not much of a nightlife.close

The hotel is nice for the price. The location is great, very close to all major attractions. They didn't make our beds or give us new cups the next morning. Staff was friendly and I would still stay there again if I return to London.

Good location and very nice neighbourhood. Our double room and ensuite bathroom were small, but clean and suited our needs for a short stay. However, the single rooms we saw we could not have stayed at as they were extremely tiny and shabby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place...nice guy taking care of it. Next to Victoria Station...the only problem is that they dont have clean up service...it was said that is for safety reasons...anyway...AHHH...they have a water boiler good for cold days in London....

Horrible rooms, awful staff. Boyfriend & I booked a twin room, but on arrival were told we had to have 2 single rooms, & told if we didn't like it we 'could leave'. In fairness, we did have fresh towels and a simple continental breakfast delivered to the room each day, so it wasn't all bad, but I just can't get past the disgusting state the toilet was left in. The hotel was really fantastic, with friendly and helpfull staff. Nice clean and cosy rooms. The location was really good, close to Victoria station, but on a small quiet street without much traffick.

location is great;staff very friendly and helpful; the room was very small for 3 persons but it was ok; the bed was comfortable and housekeeping every day; the bathroom needs a renovation; the price is absolutely fair :-)

If you book a room with a 'shared' bathroom beware that there is only 1 bathroom to share in the WHOLE hotel and its on the bottom floor. The room was small and pretty dirty too. I wouldnt stay here again.

A good value hotel with friendly staff and a good location. The snacks were a nice touch. Only concern was coming back to the room after a days shopping and the door was not on its latch and slightly ajar. Would stay there again though.

Location was excellent for London and travelling elsewhere (Victoria train and coach stations just around corner) you could leave luggage if required. Room ok, manager excellent very friendly.

Il posto è in posizione perfetta, la stazione Victoria è a 100 metri e c'è un centro commerciale con ristoranti, supermercato, take away. La camera (una quadrupla) non era tanto grande, però aveva il bagno in camera con la doccia.
