Very good value for the money - good location and friendly staff (except for the lady serving breakfast). Would come back

It was very warm; the central heating was turned on and there was not a chance to lower it. But as a whole: good value for your money.

Great for the price. I left me earrings in the room and when I called the next day, the staff had already set them aside for me in case I contacted them. There are lots of good ethnic restaurants just a block away.

The 24h service wasn't quite 24h, but overall a good stay! Location was for us (London Design Festival visitors) excellent, the hotel and hotel room sufficient.

For the price I paid this was very good. The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but the room itself was fine. It is 5 minutes' walk from Earl's Court tube station, so very easily accessible. It is a hotel, so is not supposed to have the 'fun' atmosphere of a hostel, which was fine by...

The location of the hostel couldn't have been better. Also I was very positively surprised about the quality of the breakfast and the daily cleaning of the rooms. The rooms had all the necessary things and the staff was very friendly. For that price a very good hostel!

Nice breakfast, avarage staff and great location but the headboard and the blanket was disqusting. They should do something with the smell because with hours of airing the hotel had the same terribly stinky smell.

The location of this hotel is good since it is located next to the subway. Stuff is helpful and nice. However, the rooms require urgent trip to furniture, appliances, and linen stores. I was quiet not happy with the "get what you pay" relation. I expected a little bit more from this hotel.
