The staff is really bad and they don't give your deposit back. Other things are perfect, nice place, everything clean.

We had a small room and a little kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom smelled really bad - there was a carpet which was wet all the time. It wasn't really bad - but also not very charming.

Small and very hot. For those who are light sleepers, there could be difficulties due to the trains passing right outside the window. The location was good, because it was near the tube station. No towels were provided, which was bad, but not very unexpected.

It has been great, just three comments: 1.the kitchen fan that never stops, quickly repaired when we told to a person of the staff. 2.we had to buy some toilet paper because of there wasn't in our floor bathroom, for 2 days 3.there was a tv in our room, but it didn't work, not a big problem,...

Once we called the hostel from the Willesden Green Tube Statin, they came and picked us up right away. It was very easy and we loved our room.

This place is out of the city but a 5-10 min walk to the metro and then a 15-45 min ride into the city depending on where you go. The place is simple but clean and quiet. One computer with free internet for all people. Staff was nice and picked us up and dropped us off at closest metro station.

It was a nice apartment to stay in. Neutral decor through out, nice couch and a new kitchenette. You only get to see the staff when they check you in & out. They are based in the offices and have properties around Willesden green & Kilburn area. We stayed in a twin studio. Well worth the money for a place in London's Zone 2.close

Good place to stay while looking for more permanent place to live. Was very quiet, but good for the price we paid. The staff were really helpful, picking us up from the tube station and taking us to the accommodation.

I can only recommend this place to anyone who is on low budget but still wants good service and a family atmosphere. Thank you for everything, Andreclose

The room was pretty spacious although the bathroom was tiny. The main downside was that there was no hot water at all. Plus there are a lot of hidden costs like extra money for late check-in and check-out and for paying with a credit card. But all in all, I reccomend this hotel for anyone looking to see London on a budget. We had a great time!close

This is a great place to stay. However a few people left the front door open at night, this was a worry as strangers could have walked in. Think they need a better system.

The address was given only as a suburb - Willesden Green - with no additional supportiung information. It took three calls to the phone number to get sufficient information to make it to the accommodation. Listing said that rooms had wooden flooring - for this substitute 'wood styled' linoleum. On top of this the bed should have been retired to the local refuse station sometime in the early 1980's resulting in possibly the worst sleep we've ever had. All in all it's been a through disappointment - rest assured we won't be recommending this site to anyone!close
