Location is perfect, very near from Victoria Station where the buses from Stantsted airport arrive. Some rooms are quite small but nice. Double ensuite room was good. Breakfast was OK and Staff were very kind. If I visit again London I may stay in this hotel.

Man at the "check-in-desk" is very friendly and gives excellent information. The other staff is nice, but reserved. The furniture (closet) should be replaced.

Not bad but too expensive; tiny bathroom and the room was not cleaned every day. Good location: 5mn walk to victoria station and bus in front of the hostel.

Very unfriendly receptionist who charged me an extra 3 pounds of card fee (no matter using visa or debit card). Who will pay a few hundered pounds in cash? Ridiculous! Quite far away from Victoria station (when you carry your suitcase & walk 15min it's not fun). God compared to the price. but no fridge as prommised, and the breakfast was borring and the breakfastroom was to small. Otherwise we would recomend it, because of the location.

WARNING! HOTEL IS INFESTED BY BEDBUGS! We got bedbugs to our home from this filthty hotel, no-one should ever go there. We have allready paid 500€ to exterminator, but there are still these horrible insects in our apartment. Room was also very small, and there was only shared... more WARNING! bathroom too small, but otherwise I would recomend it to anyone, families, friends, etc. very friendly staff! centric. I would stay in the same hotel if I'd go back to London

Overall, the hostel is good just that there are some minor setback such as stains on the pillows, a bit noisy at night (since facing main road). Other than that, the facilities are great. Good recommendation. cheers

The location was a 15minute walk from Victoria station, and everything in London is close or a short walk away to a tube stop which will get you to where you want to be in no time at all. The bathroom is very very small so if you're a bit person, you could have some troubles. Plenty of powerpoints for charging things, they'll watch your bags once you've checked out and want to kill some time seeing London before other travel plans, and the staff are nice and helpful.close

Cheap price, Clean room and friendly service. Bathroom in the double room ensuite was quite small, but otherwise no complaints. Victoria UG station is quite near. I can definitely recommend at least for a long weekend stay.

Perfect location for a quick visit of London. Very nice staff. The bathroom was very little but confortable too. I really enjoyed my stay so I would really recommend it to everyone

The room we were given was like a closet and there was hardly any water pressure. It was a great location, close to everything but very much a family type place...not for young people.

The hostel was in a great location and the people were nice, however, it was quite dirty. Our bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the people before (even the toilet seat was dirty). It wasn't absolutely disgusting, but the room definately should have been cleaned again.
