A nice hotel with great location close to Vistoria station. Rooms are small but had flatscreen tv. Bad waterpressure in the shower and somewhat poor breakfast. But an OK hotel for a couple of nights.

The photos of the rooms online looked a lot better than the room we were given. The rooms are very basic, very small, and very old! Although if you are just looking for a bed for the night this is decent coz its cheap.

The rooms could be dusted and vacuumed much more thouroughly, there were piles of dust beside the bed. Breakfast is limited to toast and jam. It's okay for a night or two.

Everyone was nice, but the room clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. The layer of grime on everything was a bit disconcerting. Also, the wallpaper was peeling off everywhere--which at that point, why not just paint it? Its cheaper and easier to maintain.

I specifically chose the hotel for the location and the single room with ensuite bathroom. My first night there I had a room with a shower, but the toilet was two floors down. I was supposed to be consoled by the fact that the toilet was strictly for my room only. When I complained about the situation they did move me to a different room for the remainder of my stay. However, the room opened to an area in the back of the hotel that was inhabited by pigeons and I was woken in the middle of the night by the noise they made. The single room was a closet and the bathroom was extremely small. It was not cheap for what I got. I also found that I spent most of my time in the West End, so the location was not that great for me. There is not a whole lot around the hotel.close

I was shocked when I saw the room. Because the room was not clean and not safe. I booked a single ensuite room but the room key doesn't work at all. Then the stuff suggested another room. However the room was dirtier!! So I accepted the first room but I could not go our never!

The bathroom is too small that the place for bathing is just next to the toilet. There is no place for me to change my clothes. The bedroom is small as well that my roommate and I can hardly put our luggage there. The kettle is dirty with corrosion.

The room we had downstairs had a leak through the wall connecting the shower to the bedroom soaking the carpet and making the basic room smell mouldy and revolting. This had obviouusly been a long term problem. If it hadnt been midnight when we checked in we would have had found another hotel.

GOOD: Clean and close to the underground station. Having a fridge in the room was good, especially in a city as expensive as London. BAD: The room was VERY small (we were kicking our suitcases...). The bed was not good and it was noisy (sirens from the street). Good for a weekend. For more...

Just a little bit small size of room here but its okay to stay and quite near from the central station. And its a bit unconvenient to have separate bathroom (cause when i forgot to lock the bathroom door, everybody could use so always running out of toilet tissue!)

If you don't expect much from your accomodation this may be ok. If an old bed, holes in the walls and carpets, dirty shower curtains don't scare you may consider this because its perfect situation.

It was warm inside and the location was excellent as it was within walking distance from Victoria Station and most other things. Two problems which we had was that there was a day without hot water which meant that we couldn't shower although this would be expected and the final thing was that on the last day there was no electricity. The staff were helpful in telling you things but they were not helpful when it came to fixing the water and the electricity so we could have showers and see in the bathroom. The place was not very friendly- perhaps suited for an older group.close

The doors in to the bedroom are really thin and squeeky/noisy. And there is a gap between the door and the frame. So because of that you can hear everything the neighbours do, and risk to be kept awake all night like we were...
