This hotel was in an AMAZING location, it was a very clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. It had a great park across the street and was very close to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. 6We booked this hotel but when we check in they say they have hot free room for us....they give us another hotel's room for us... :(
