Hotel didn't have my booking confirmation so there were issues getting me into a room. Location however was fantastic, but the rooms seemed very filthy and facilities-wise you can get better for your money. Doubt I'll be returning there.

1My room was double-booked but they found me another hotel where the owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. Earls Court then insisted I return the next day. I wasted a lot of my sight-seeing time transferring, packing and waiting instead of having 2 nights in one place. I was then asked to pay... more My room was double-booked but they found me another hotel where the owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. Earls Court then insisted I return the next day. I wasted a lot of my sight-seeing time transferring, packing and waiting instead of having 2 nights in one place. I was then asked to pay 10 pounds deposit for the room key, which I refused.The hostel was dingy and noisy and everything was threadbare, worn-out and in poor repair. I didn't know such places exist in Londonclose

4Shower sucked. Couldn't get the water to just get warm. either to hot or freezing. Right next to the underground tube so i could hear the metro coming and going. guy at the front desk tried to charge me more when i got there. and he lost my reservation.

1For this price in London you get what you pay for. My room was right behind the rail tracks so it's quite noisy. Just a place to crash

5We have to give this hotel a zero score, although we never saw the inside of a bedroom. We arrived into London late (11 pm) after a long haul flight. I had made specific enquiries about their reception opening hours, and we were told as long as we arrived before midnight it would be open.... more We have to give this hotel a zero score, although we never saw the inside of a bedroom. We did, and it wasn´t, so we had to find accomodation elsewhere. What we saw of it looked pretty shabby. Hostelworld - can we have our 10% depòsit back?close
