The extra comments were totally uncalled for. Also ruined my trip. Had to change hotels last-minute as I needed the Wifi access to get work done. Then, Hostelworld still has the cheek to charge the full deposit for 5 days stay after I lodged a complaint within 1/2 hour of checking in, and cancelled the stay within hours after that! The hotel and the booking site played the blame game after that by claiming that the other party was responsible for the misinformation and for claiming the hotel to be suitable for budget business travellers.close

This Hotel is located right in the heart of King's Cross - literally a stone's throw from the underground and the shopping but far enough to be a nice quiet retreat at the end of the day. The staff were lovely and the rooms very comfortable .

Great location despite our getting lost and the person who answered the phone not being able to direct us on how to go. I'd stay here again.

Although a bit small (as expected) Our room (#14) was very clean and comfortable. Liked the tea and tea pot touch. If only my hotel in Paris was this good. Only stayed one night so could not really comment on the "fun" section. But, there was a bar in the hotel that looked nice.

A cheap and clean place to stay just next to King's Cross / St. Pancras stations. I'd go again.

We were disapointed about the staff. The staff serving breakfast don´t know much about simple things like "Good Morning" or "Can I help you with anything", sometimes a simple smile would work but we missed even that. The fee for the rooms is high compared with the hotels...
