very easy, but everithing i ned, i found!Good brekfast, and easy to reach the center of London by using Bus n°94. I'll be there again, if i need to go in london one more time.

2Normally, I would never put very poor for everything, but this hotel deserved it. The location is over 30 minutes from downtown London, the staff can BARELY speak English. There are no-smoking signs everywhere, but the staff smokes so much indoors that every room smells like a cigarette butt.... more Normally, I would never put very poor for everything, but this hotel deserved it. There are no-smoking signs everywhere, but the staff smokes so much indoors that every room smells like a cigarette butt. The room had maybe been cleaned in the past week or so, but the water would only come out of the shower in a trickle (absolutely no spray), the sink was broken and situated literally over the toilet, the wardrobe had one broken-off handle and two stuck drawers, the curtain was completely broken and had to be tied to the supports to stay up, and the window in the bathroom was jammed one inch from the top, so there was cold air in the bathroom and the room all the time. The "continental breakfast" was 5 pieces of cold toast and coffee grounds. The food was atrocious. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I would honestly suggest that you remove this option completely from your website (which I have many good experiences with) if you wish to be considered a viable booking alternative.close
