The staff was excellent at the front desk! They were helpful with tips, courteously greeted you at the door and generally real warm people. The hotel was one of the most affordable (especially in London) and we'd stay again if we save enough to go back!

staff were really helpful, location is right on the circle line, which has all the major attractions in london. the carpet in the room was filthy, but the bedding was really comfortable and clean. a little expensive to have dirty carpets in the room and a shotty toilet.

Nice little hotel in Bayswater. Certainly not luxurious, but it is quite cheap - often from about £49 per night. The rooms are small though! Even has it's own little swimming pool which is unusual for central London hotels.

Great hotel for the money - Staff were very helpful, even after a reservation fault we made they were still accomodating. Nice, clean hotel with daily room service - close to 2 london underground stations, restaurants, pubs etc. good comfortable grounding point to explore London.
