Located on the business area of London it offers the best views over the pool and the river Thames. I specially recommend the "soft shelve crabs" served at the Italian Restaurant "Quadratto". Excellent rooms and service even better!

During the week this is a top class business hotel in the docklands, hence at the weekend, there is lower occupancy, which is when weekenders like me get really good deals. The staff was excellent at the front desk! They were helpful with tips, courteously greeted you at the door and generally real warm people. The hotel was one of the most affordable (especially in London) and we'd stay again if we save enough to go back!

This hostel is awesome! We booked a triple room. It is clean and tidy. In addition, the hostel is near the main street in Bayswater where you can get loads of restaurants and shops! The major drawback was that wifi was charged at quite a high rate.......

Not so bad value-for-money wise, although the way they describe the interiors on their website - "a high standard of design aesthetics" - is laughable, as it is nothing more than a modest budget guest house. Would come back, though.

This is one of the nicest hostels I've ever seen. Very neat and clean. I wish there was more of an environment to meet other travelers but overall I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
