Front of staff minimally interested in guests. Great to have a lounge and comfy chairs and the hot water availabe and cups for hot drink. wonderful. Maybe budget for lift soon. Showers would benefit from vent and one neded painting.

The hostel is ideally situated for anything that you want to do in London. 2 tube stations within 5 minutes walking distance means you can get just about anywhere you want. It is safe, quiet (for downtown London) and has a mixture of different guests.

Breakfast is an excellent FREE buffet that will feed you for hours. Internet's a tad expensive at 3 pounds/hr or 10 for 24 hours. Good deep lockers. It's not new and shiny but hey - this place is as CENTRAL as it gets. Can't be faulted unless you're pickyclose

The hostel was unclean, rundown and felt unsafe. Staff were unfriendly. The bunks were triples and this felt a bit like being in a morgue. A good breakfast and a good location, however stay somewhere else if possible. Pricey at 24 pounds - 27 pound if not a member.

I was shocked that it was considered acceptable by the staff to place paying customers in a room infested with mice. I had to check out and find alternative accommodation. I would advise other customers not to stay here unless they enjoy sharing their room, and possibly bed, with rodents.

Good hostel; room and linen had fresh clean smell. Sink in room was very handy and there were a good number of toilets and showers on our floor - never had to wait. Gorgeous power showers. Lockable storage in rooms was large and very secure.
