really good location in the centre of town but the toilets were miserable- one basin n 1 mirror in the girls toilet... however we got upgraded frm a 10 person dorm to a 4 person one which was gd.

it was the best site to travel in central London! For 5 days while I stayed there, I always got stared in Big Ben and finished a day in Big Ben! also can get the oxford street and soho, which are main up-to-dated street in London, just by walk! actually I got a travelers card for 3days and just... more it was the best site to travel in central London! When I first saw the room, there was so much 'stylish' grafitti, it looked more like a prison cell. I was in an empty 4bed dorm, but all the mattresses were lumpy. No mirror above the sink in the room. Spartan,but cheap. Baggage storage a real hassle in the morning, and if you ariveafer 6pm, it is too late to lok anythig away except your smalls

no working shower on the 5th floor, only 1 on the 4th. the showers and bathrooms were disgusting. That sucks - after a hard rainy day...

this place is big and blah. the location is the absolute best you can get but everything else is pretty lame. the bathrooms are old but were cleaned everyday. its a clean cheap bed...that is all.

the girl behind the counter with blond hair..would want to brush up on her maners..find a tempeture gauge for the showers because its either boiling or freezing!!!no joke!

I think you should work on some safity closets, with a key and they shoud be at least big enough to put a normal suitcase there. Showers could be cleaner and the whole hotel should be renewed. NEW bads are urgent!!!

Fire alarm at 3 am, cold showers even when it was not rush our (8am-10am). But location is perfect!!! It is worthed in the end.

El hostal está muy bien ubicado. Entre el personal encuentras de todo, unos muy majos, otros NO TANTO, llegando a ser bastante desagradables. En cuanto al resto, lo peor es la ducha en agua fría.

My room had a terrible smell and 2 days I had to take cold water shower due to high demand. But all the rest was very good, the location is perfect!

Hostel is in a great location, can walk to most places. Rooms are very basic,could do with sinks in the rooms, a few more bathrooms on each floor. Hostel very quite.

We didn't get any pillow cases, no towels and there was no hot water.Other than the location there is notingh good to say about this place. won't be staying there again.

Hi, a lot of I times a stayed in Backpackers! This one was ok! But I can´t go to the restroom. It smelled horrible and wasn´t clean. Also the shower! Just for sleeping it was ok! The staff was very friendly and nice! But I prefer next time a cleand bathroom than nice staff!

alarm went off at 3.45 in the morning.next evening somebody else was sleeping in my bed,putting away all my stuff and the reception wasn t helpful at all.

The most of the staff was very good, unfortunately were we unlucky, though we didn´t get any help our first day, it was to cold in our room. But, later on we was luckier, the room and the heater was warmer, with help from your staff.

The hostel is in an excellent location. However there was never any hot water in the showers and our room was very cold because of a hole in the window. This hostel is good for short stays. Overall though we had a good stay because of the location and the staff were very friendly.

Seriously: my daughters and I rather would`ve slept in a gr*veyard. Very dirty graffity-white walls, a various amount of crawling and flying insects, dust everywhere, and I`m not even mentioning the 24-hour-noise yet! I had a great stay and a good experience here. I was roomed in a room with no lock so I didn't feel secure leaving my belongings there so I think this is the only problem I had.
