Staffs are helpful & nice. We stay in a 8 bed dorm & the room is a bit small without enough space to open the luaggues.Overall this hostel is good & recommend to stay here.

Depending on the increase in cost for guests that it would affect, I would suggest making self catering facilities available. Generally an excellent hostel, and would definitely stay again.

The location is convenient, but the cleanliness have room for improvement, especially the bathroom and toilet.

Good location and clean, but staff could have been friendlier. The bathrooms are tiny. Decent place for london.

Just one word about the room isolation. Palmers lodge is perfect, but during our last night, our neighbours made "noisy" love and it was quite disturbing and impossible to sleep.

My friend and I stayed at Palmers and were VERY impressed. The staff was very helpful and fun. The bathrooms had a dorm feel more than most hostels but it was clean and the internet was great.

I stayed at Palmers Lodge with a couple of friends and we had a really exciting stay! I would recommend it: the rooms are nice, breakfast is very rich and the staff is kind. They should add some more toilets in the upper flors though.

The breakfast was not as incredible as I read in some comments. It is situated in very quiet zone, maybe too much, and you always need to take the tube to go anywhere.

free internet access is great. however, the toilets are quite messy, and the elevator is always out of order, which is a pain when you stay on the top floor.

Was a great place to stay would def recommend. Very social but can be quiet at the same time. Found staff a bit snobby and rude at times, but otherwise everything was great.

The only down side I could see, is that it's a very big hostel with a lot of people. For some people this might be a good thing, but for me, it makes the experience a little impersonal when travelling on one's own. But all in all? Best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Breakfast is really god for a hostel. Hostel is located in zone 2, but you have a tube station very close, so this is not a problem.. I would recomended to everyone going there.

A great place all around. The location is a bit out of the way from London sights, but very close to the tube and buses, so it is easy to get around.

I really enjoyed my stay at Palmers Lodge. My room was spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Only thing that bothered me a bit was that on the second floor there was only one sink where to wash your hands. But when I go back to London I will most definetly stay here again.

I loved this hostel! Everything was clean, the big dorms really don't seem that big, the place is so nice and cute, feels very safe, key cards to get into the dorms, lockers under beds, just a really nice feeling there. I'll definitely be staying there if I'm in London again!

Exceptionally helpful staff, great free breakfast and super affordable and yummy dinner options so you don't go broke in London! Rooms were nice, pretty comfy beds, and clean bathrooms too. Located near the Swiss Cottage Tube station which was convenient. Great place, highly recommended!
