Will stay there again. Clean, secure and good location. The door are noisy and the bathrooms were small, but overall was a good experience.

Pleasant, safe stay, but one should remember that this is a residence hall so you will need your own towels.

The staff were far form helpful. Rather, the each person we encountered on the front desk was unhelpful and sometimes rude in thier tone. The cleanliness of the room was also poor. The sheets were not clean and the room had a strong smell of someone's sickness.

Nice People... good location! The accidental fire alarm allowed me to meet a good number of international people which lead to a fun night of dancing at a nearby club! Downside... finding the linens that were supposed to be in the room at arrival.

Facilities are good and for it's location and what is provided it is a very reasonable price (when compared with other hostels in the inner-city).

Pretty decent accomodation for the price (considering that London is really expensive). There's a nice supermart nearby (Tesco express), and the pub round the corner sells pretty cheap 2-for-1 meals! The rooms have UK-style three-pin plugs, so be prepared!

If you just want a safe place to sleep in London this is perfect - very easy to get to and in a very nice area. However, if you want to make friends with people this is not the place. This is not a hostel with communal areas for meeting people, so you will miss out.

Free internet access was a huge plus for me. (Data cable was provided in room!) Got very helpful bus # advice. This is really picky - I had a private room and would have liked some kind of desk lamp (rather than only the glaring overhead one or the bathroom light). I'd stay there again.

However, I didn't like the fact of having to check out at 10 (check out time is usually 12) with no possibility of leaving the luggage in a locked room -or just even a room!- and the common areas such as the kitchen were not that clean. The staff was nice but wasn't able to answer many of our questions about visiting the city (i.e. museum prices or opening hours).close

The staff could be a bit more helpful; I felt like they gave me the run-around a few times. Overall, I highly recommend it to budget-minded travelers.
