If you want a good, clean, cheap and safe place to crash and you don't mind being surrounded by aussies, then this place is pretty good. Nothing flash, but does the job well.

The rooms were really nice, with reading lights and screens for your bed and a sink in the room. The price is great but you had to pay for everything - to store stuff in the fridge you needed to buy a box when most places it's free and internet is not free (and cheaper at most cafes). Tube...

The best hostel in London, only bad things are it's a bit far from central London (but close to tube), and ... I was bitten all over by some insect(s) while sleeping the first night, and had a nasty itching several days after that ... otherwise the place is clean.

The best hostel I've ever stayed, I will definetly recommend it to my friends. Very clean, nice staff, and breakfast is included in the price. The privacy curtains are a great idea, too.

This is a very big hostel and it's in a great part of London but it is just quite far away from the center of town, but located between two tube stops.

The area around the hostel is very nice, however its pretty far from the actual city center. Some of the staff were helpful but there were also some who just didn't really want to help at all and were rude.

Globetrotter provides very good value for the price it charges. They have a bar, pool table, a little convenience store, laundry room, curtains around each bed for privacy ...... My only disappointment was that I got bedbites all over my arms!!

Good hostel and good value. Only thing is that it needs fumigating. On my one and only night there I saw two bugs in my dorm, one of them a big daddy long legs that came at me in my bunk bed. I managed to kill it, but yeah, the place needs fumigating!

Pretty cheap and really good. The GBP12 dorm was probably better than most of the GBP20/night places in London.

the rooms were really hot at night....and stuffy, the windows only open a little bit so no air movement. also, make sure you realize how far out of town it is so that you're not surprised by the commute, but very handy if you're flying out of heathrow.

The only things that could make this place better would be free Wi-Fi and a more central location.

I very much the courtyard which is very beautiful, but also the park behind the hostel. The doors can't be closed gently, which is a bit of a problem in order to get good night sleep. It's hard to get a room for longer period of time in the same room. The tube station is very close, but otherwise I don´t think it´s such a good location. we were there on week days, and there were almost no one at the bar, neither no one to go party. the hostel is clean and not too noisy, and there are good facilities.
