We were totally satisfied with the Hostel. Due to the fact, that the hostel offers entrance 24h we had a hard time sleeping because people were arriving throughout the whole night. these people obviously had a great time in the hallway and were in and out of their rooms for hours but it made it... more We were totally satisfied with the Hostel. Great place, very friendly staff, Would have preferred a bit more for breakfast even if it was a case of paying for it but all in all a very nice place...

A great hostel. Very clean, nice quiet location but very close to downtown london, right next to metro stop. They provide a great breakfast every morning. This was a great hostel. I would definitely stay again.

Directions from Heathrow were excellent via the tube. There were plenty of things to do at the Ace day or night. The location is a bit far out from all major shopping and sights, but very convienient. One downfall was we had a few cold showers. Well priced + Easy transport link with West Kensington tube station nearby.The staff could have offered top/bottom bunks as my friend has a disability and found it hard to climb up the ladder. The only negative point for me is don´t be possible use the kitchen especially at night. The other aspects was very good and if I visit London again the Ace Hotel will be one of my options.

The hotel was great, love the way it was decorated, clean and the staff was really friendly. It was in a nice area and only down the street from the metro and about a 20 min cab ride from the train station. Please put a table top at the laundry to fold clothes after washing. I think there is enough space for that.

My backpack did not fit into the locker, and no free wi-fi. If you'd had those two luxuries, I would have stayed longer. Still, a nice job...keep it up.

Very nice Hostel. Close to the tube and a major bus stop. Quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are small but they have all what you need, clean bathroom, clean linen.

Quite far from Piccadilly Circus but well served with Piccadilly and District lines. Far from the night bus (10 minutes with N9). Very good breakfast for an hostel, but only till 9. Average comment: very good 8/10

I stayed in this hostel 3 years ago and it was so good I booked it again. Still, one of the nicest best run hostels I've been to. Clean soft sheets, spotless bathrooms, tube station 5 minutes away - all a traveler needs. Just one thing - bring your own towel as they don't provide one.

The staff was awesome! I wish they had wifi though. The guy who checked us in told us they're getting it soon, so hopefully next time we stay they will have it! Some of the shower rooms didn't have warm enough water, while some did. Take a tryout yourself first. Other than that, it's a good value for money accomodation.
