Small but and clean nice room, could do with some hooks on the wall to hang thing because it was not much room to keep your towels, cloths and things. The breakfast was OK but we missed the brown bread and yogart. The breakfast was OK but we missed the brown bread and yogart. There was fruit that was fine an the last morning was very good musly with nuts and raisins that wasn´t too sweet. Very nice and helpful staff, never problem to contact. Nice safe enviroment, close to Victoria station, busses and everything.close

Great location and friendly staff. Returning is a must! The only thing that could be improved is breakfast - I would prefer a full English breakfast (but also the continental one was OK).

The staff are wonderful, espeically Karim. So accomodating and focused on customer service. Surtees is great!

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a really amazing stay and would definitely return next time I'm in London!

typical Bed and Breakfast in the vicinity of Victoria Station - acceptable and average, although I found the breakfast to be very basic, and the room small and since it faced the street, there was a bit of traffic noise - my bathroom and shower was across the hall, no hot water on Sunday morning... more typical Bed and Breakfast in the vicinity of Victoria Station - acceptable and average, although I found the breakfast to be very basic, and the room small and since it faced the street, there was a bit of traffic noise - my bathroom and shower was across the hall, no hot water on Sunday morning in the shower, only in the sink, no sachet of shampoo, the bed was quite small, I guess the best part is that there were lots of channels on the cable TV!!! It´s OK, convenient to Victoria, cheap by London standards, but not really the B and B of your dreams!!!close

Absence of tea and coffee facilities do make a difference. Its the first of many hotels I have stayed at that did not have this. Otherwise everything else was fine and we would stay again
