12If this is to be called a hostel, then anything can pass for one. The worst part was the cleanliness. In the bathroom I was given, there was hair clogging the shower space and a roll of toilet paper wet and soggy in it. The bedroom, the sheets even the matress was horrible. And they still charged... more If this is to be called a hostel, then anything can pass for one. The worst part was the cleanliness. In the bathroom I was given, there was hair clogging the shower space and a roll of toilet paper wet and soggy in it. The bedroom, the sheets even the matress was horrible. And they still charged some 30 pounds for the one night I stayed which I did because I arrived so late at night that I had no choice. And the area is badly lit and a bit scary for a traveller.close

2f**k lonsdale lodge...sorry... our room reeked of piss!! really! the hotelier not even wanted to check on this nor give us another room nor nearly letting us to check out.... another point: the free car park had no spaces left...therefore we booked this hotel. one window in our room was... more f**k lonsdale lodge...sorry... our room reeked of piss!! really! the hotelier not even wanted to check on this nor give us another room nor nearly letting us to check out.... another point: the free car park had no spaces left...therefore we booked this hotel. one window in our room was damaged and couldnt be closed! lonsdale lodge never again!!!close
