Based on reviews on sites like this, my partner and I recently stayed at this bed and breakfast. I can only conclude that they were written by the owner and her family/friends judging by the condition of this establishment. The owner was pleasant enough, but I don't think she has a clue about how to run a bed and breakfast establishment. We have just completed a round-britain tour staying in a number of b&b's so we have direct experience in both the current accommodation standards and the pricing. This b&b is not cheap (a lower end hotel/b&b in the centre of London would not have cost much more) and the facilities at this place compared to other b&b establishments are a total disgrace. The entrance is tatty, the hallway and stairs carpeting is soiled and filthy, paintwork is peeling and damaged. The single bathroom serving THREE bedrooms as well as the owner's family is frankly a health hazard. There is mould in the woodwork above the damaged and decaying false ceiling, there are dead bugs in and around both the ceiling and light fixtures, the shared common facilities are dirty and grimey to the point where they became stomach turning. I have stayed in youth hostels which would put this place to shame. We were so appalled by the low cleanliness standards that we opted out of the breakfast and cancelled our second night here. I urge you to find somewhere else that treats their potential customers with some respect.close

Daisy is really lovely and welcoming, the place is spotless and homely. Bathroom clean and linen fresh. Good choice of breakfast cereals and toast with various spreads at breakfast.
