It was in Earl's Court which is just a quick tube hop away from all of central London. The place was wonderful and in a very safe and beautiful part of town. I was very glad to stay there just to be able to experience a different part of the London culture. I would definitely recommend it to...

Staff are nice and its quite clean, but it is far away from the centre and if your in london for culture (galleries in particular, your better off gettin something closer to the bethnal green area.

the location was excellent, the room not very comfortable, but if you are young or you don't care very much about things like broken door handle or spotted sheets then it's ok!

Room no. 13 has a broken yale lock, it is falling off its screws! However, nothing security-wise went wrong over the time I spent there. Everything else was up to scratch.

We were woken by the owner speaking loudly with other customers outside our door for about 15 mins at 7.30am and then our door was chapped at 9 and we were asked for the key as she advised she would not be available at 10 for our checking out.

When we arrive the firstnight we found TICKS in the bed and i had to get really upset to get my room changed!!! Really smelly room with water dropping from the roof, becouse the shower upstairs didn't work. Cold water one night from our room shower! The worst hostel i've ever seen around the...

Quite friendly & comfy place for this price. Kitchen-corner in single room is good chance for your budget. To change room more cosy I should recommmend to settle bedlamps/nightlight to the room. Yes - this spotted floorcloth on the half space is not so graceful... woman 41+ from Tallinn

La location è buona, in metro sono 2 minuti e il quartiere anche la sera è molto tranquillo. L'ostello è un po trasandato ma nel complesso accettabile, sarebbe meglio se fosse un po più curato, cmq lenzuola ed asciugamani non vengono cambiati. Handy for Earls Court tube station, only approx 7 min walk, near to local shops and restaurants. Housekeeper friendly and welcoming. Room shabby,bedding and (rundown) tiny shower room clean but that is about all. Clean towels every day. Carpets sticky, decor shabby.

The staff was excellent and went out of thier way to be sure that I was comfortable. Also only 5 minutes from the tube in one direction and Sainsbury(grocery ) in the other. Room small compared to Canada, but very clean and everything you need.

Room was large and nice but could do with new chairs. It's dangerous to use them if you weigh more than 140 lbs. Locks are easily accessible for anyone, so you don't feel your baggage is secure in the room.

Bathrooms were not very clean, showers did not work very well. And the wardrobe almost fell over on top of us. Aside from this, the location is excellent, very close to the Tube and an internet café too.

Brutto hotel. Vecchio e troppo caro per quello che offre, cioè assolutamente niente (niente colazione) a parte una stanza poco bella ma abbastanza pulita. Proprietario e staff assolutamente freddi e un po' sgarbati. il quartiere è bello e la metro è abbastanza vicino. Non ci ritornerei...

Ugly Hotel. It's clean just the minimum. the area it's nice and quite safe, and the underground station it's near. the staff are not nice!!! no breakfast. I think you can find much better in this area for the money they ask!! i don't recomand, just if you haven't any other chooses

No alarm clock or reliable wake up service. No phone in single occupant room. Very nice, but unhelpful staff. The room was not ready until 1 hour after my scheduled arrival.

This guest house is very overrated on the web site and overpriced for what you get.£30 per night (single room shared bathroom)no breakfast!! The carpets everywhere stairs etc were filthy and the whole place is in need of a total overhaul. The place next door was being renovated so it was noisy.. the TV was old and the volume could not be adjusted ie. the sound was too soft! it had a sink and a fridge, a kettle(almost new!!!) but no detergent to wash up or a towel to dry the dishes. The cutlery and crockery were in poor condition and their cleanliness status was dubious!! The bed was as hard as a rock and there was only one flat old pillow. The shared bathroom was ok but tiny and the water pressure was atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this to any Australian friends of mine!! A couple of pluses... a window that opened and I was warm enough at night.close

Somewhat ragged but not terrible. Unless you are first to wake up, do not expect warm water to be available until late afternoon. You can do better even for the price.
