I highly recommend the double rooms with the shower. These are simple rooms that are great value compared to the hotel rooms on the floors below.

Very close to the main train and bus station but I would never stay here again. Rooms were all smoking and in very poor condition. Im amazed it didnt have bed bugs! I wouldnt pay anymore than 10 euro for a bed here.

The staff were really really helpful, prepared to go the extra mile and cheerful, even at 2am when we checked in! Thanks again to Michal for helping us arrange a shuttle to Klagenfurt Airport.

The hostel is in the upper floors of a hotel. Therefore it has more from a hotel than from a hostel. If that's no problem for you than it's the right choice. Only a 3 minutes walk to city center, secure and clean.

The room wasn't that stylish, the view ut of the window was rubbish, however, the location was perfectand the prize (for a twin bed with own bathroom) was ok as well. For one weekend trip more than sarisfactory!

Its close to both the bus/train stn's and the city centre. A good place to sleep for a few days while visiting LJ.

Central hostel in a huge hotel in a beautiful beautiful city. Watch out for the birds/bats (??) flying outside the windows at night. they're awesome.

We only stayed 1 night, but had clean rooms, slightly less clean bathrooms, but for a good nights sleep it does the trick. Is actually the top few floors of a hotel, so not really a hostel feel with common areas, kitchen etc. Has free internet which always comes in handy to do things like write...

The famiily who run this hostel were very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the lake and town centre but is on a quiet street. However the facilities and decor are rather old-fashioned. There's no communal area and no kitchen so self catering is not an option.

Hostel Park is in the same building as the Hotel. The staff are EXCELLENT, the rooms have modern clean furniture and a bathroom with sink and loo. Showers at end of corridor were spotless. Had Tv! Great location 3 minutes from centre of town. No communal area that we saw though.

The hostel was hotel-style accommodation, so comfortable and clean but there was nowhere to socialise with other travellers. Very friendly and helpful staff and free internet which was good.

Definitely more of a hotel than a hostel. Not a social place at all, and no where to meet other travellers, but very clean and very close to both the train station and downtown. I would recommend it for people who aren't interested in socializing, or those who are traveling in groups.

Excellent value for those looking for hotel style accommodation. Hotel level rooms with hostel prices. Shared facilities with way more pricy Hotel Park. Good breakfast with 5 euros.

When the window in our room was left open and all our belongings got soaked with rainwater the staff were extremely unhelpful... but otherwise very pleasant for the price.

Good location to most major sites and free internet was good, key card access to the rooms is good for security but the bathroom was dirty thankfully we were only staying one night!
