The historic centre of Lisbon is built on seven hills! Locals are friendly and come from all over the world, influencing the city’s culture. One of Lisbon’s specialities is fresh seafood and other cuisines served in many of the city’s restaurants include Brazilian and African dishes. Menus seem to be quite varied so everyone will find something to fill them. Shopping is good in this small city. There are a variety of different shops and several shopping centres. Great markerts also for picking up a bargain or two! Buses, trams and an underground metro system make up Lisbon’s public transport system. All are efficient but i found the metro the quickest way to get around the city. Nice cultured and charming city!close
