The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would defnitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice clean and central place to stay in Lisbon.

Pensão Residencial Portuense is a nice place to stay while visiting Lisboa. Everything is comfortable and all of the staff are nice. Last but not least, its position is perfect for all your sightseeing. I really recommend it for your accomodation in Lisboa!

Excellent location, very very close to centre. Very easy to get to by bus from airport.Very close to all transport methods.Most staff spoke good english and were helpful.Rooms small but very clean.Would stay there again.

A brilliant place... not a hostel at all more a hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was the cleanest hotel room in Europe I have ever seen. Also you cant get a better location; in the middle of everything. Thanks for a great stay!

For the price of a hostel you stay in a very good value-for-money. HOTEL. Impossible to find better location. Impecable cleanliness. The building is a bit old, but this is even charming. I totally recommend!

On weekends you need to take bus 759 instead of 44, or 45.....Very Hotel like...nice hostel

People were very noisy when checking out early or arriving late and if you want a hot shower you need to get it the night before, or get up early. Otherwise it was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. Don't think we could have got a better location - easy for bus from airport, shops and...

Easily the best hostel I stayed in Europe. It is located in the heart of Lisbon. Hostel and rooms are very clean and all the staff people are very friendly. Limited breakfast but correct for the whole price. You can surely stop looking away and book this hostel!

We didn't stay at this Hotel because there had been an error in their system and at the date we wanted to overnight they were actually overbooked. They put us in a hotel instead of a "Pensao" and we didn't have to pay more than what we expected. Cool service and all very nice people!

You get more than your money's worth. The stuff very helpful and friendly. Located at the heart of Lisboa and two steps from a metro station. The free breakfast is very simple but fresh. Totally two thumbs up.

Although we had booked a room with a double bed they showed us into a triple room with singles. When they did move us to a room with a double bed the television in the room did not work. The breakfasts were a bit dull but they were generous if you wnated more.
