I recomment this place. For the first night we were crammed into a little room, but they moved us for the second night (no reduction in price). Good location, nice little room, great breakfast. Internet didnt work for the entire time we were there and the aircon leaked- but they washed our things...

Very good value for money. The location is very good, though not in the "center of things" - you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the Baixa. its actually located in quite a posh area so security wise its quite good. the breakfast has quite a selection and the staff speaks english very well

Unbelievable Regrettable IMMORAL !!! ... to debit on my credit card WITHOUT any advice and permission the rest of the amount 3 days BEFORE the arrival at the hotel, that no part of the term and conditions !!!! they are in trouble !!!!

Rooms with windows on the street (Avenida da Libertade) are noisy, but with small balcony and quite interesting views.

A really lovely hotel - Fantastic, friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Location is great (close to aerobus stop and subway - many attractions are walkable from the hotel). The only thing not perfect was the water pressure, but at least the water was always hot.

Very friendly and helpful staff who knew the city well and were willing to share information. In a posh safe neighbourhood, within walking distance to major attractions, it provides both budget and comfort. It´s a definitely positve of Lisboa.

Might be best value for price I could imagine in Lisbon. Really nice place and the location is almost freakishly good. Lots to see and do with it as a base of operations. Staff was a little unusual but this added character to an enjoyable stay.

A great location...right next to the Aussie and Canadian embassies. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleand and quite nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here when in Lisbon.

Good location. Only a short walk to all the sights. Nice staff. One of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed in. It truely was an exhilirating experience and one that I will remember for the rest of my life!

Our only complaint is about the standard of the bed(s). In the first room (=first night) the stone hard twin bed gave us a sleepless night. We were kindly offered another room with a SLIGHTLY softer twin bed. Middle aged couples like us should specifically ask about the quality of the beds!

The hotel` s location is fab and trendy Avenida, a stone`s throw from shopping district and historical centre of Lisbon. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!!! The hotel staff was ever so helpful with every query we had!! I`m sure there`ll be people we send to you!!

Note the entrance to the hotel is located on the 2nd floor. The airobus from the airport to the hotel is not free as detailed on their website, it's about 3-4 EUR. Otherwise, centrally located, with nice rooms. There is not as much nightlife, but some. NIghtlife is 1-2 metro stops away.
