Hostel crew has been really nice, room was really clean and beds really confortable, also I felt it was safe and we didn't feel we had to use the safe-box provided in the cupboard. Breakfast was nice, really great that you could make your own toasts and have ham, jam and cheese, nice coffee and orange juice. Very warm place to enjoy breakfast in the morning. If going back to Lisbon I won't hesitate to look here again for accomodation.close

Overwhole however, it is a good value for money and peaceful place to stay worth recommending.close

Very near a noisy crossing road with busses etc. At the second floor you can hear them loudly, perhaps it's better at higher floors? The breakfast was a little bit poor; old croissants and not so much choice.

This place is a little far from down town (20min walk) but accessible by a direct bus which is not that frequent, especially late at night. The furnishings are quite old and it's not very bright - they are "reburbishing". As it's far from down town it is quiet.

A little far from the main area, but a nice place to stay. There are major bus lines near the hotel that will take you down towards the touristy areas.

Very good connection from the airport with bus 22, just 2 blocks walking to the hotel. Walking distance to old centre. The building is genuine 19th century, well renovated, wooden floors, original elevator cage and round staircases. Staff very friendly.

It is in a very quite part of Lisbon and for a very comparable price to a hostel it is well worth the money. You not only get a buffet breakfast of toast, cereal, juice, and croissants but the beds are comfortable, TV, lots of hot water in your own bathroom, it is super clean and the staff are like their very own tourist information being able to tell you which train /bus station to use to get to whereever (in Lisbon and beyond) , print you out the timetable and show you on the map, along with fantastic english. You may think that you might not meet any other travellers, well it is quite the contrary. The entire hotel, especially since most of the hostels in Lisbon are booked out in any season is the next best option for backpacker type people and the whole place is full of young people in their twenties with travel guide in hand at the breakfast tables. However the only down side may be that it is not in downtown Lisbon but the short trip into downtown at the cheap price of 1.30 euros return on the public bus, right out the front of the hote,l should not be enough to put you off this place. This truly a gem in Lisbon when everything is booked out and especially when you need a good nights rest not sharing with 6-8 other people.close
