The room looked like it had recently been re-done. The staff was a little bit unfriendly.

Very central location but without much atmosphere, and in need of a little refurbishment.

Pretty noisy each night - we had a room overlooking the pedestrian street - they collect all the bottles at 3am. Otherwise good place to stay, good breakfast, clean and helpful staff

the only complaint that could be made was: my daughter rang reception to ask for another pillow and the staff member said it was not possible. i find it hard to believe that there was not a spare pillow anywhere in the hotel. it did affect her sleep that night in an otherwise comfortable room.... more the only complaint that could be made was: my daughter rang reception to ask for another pillow and the staff member said it was not possible. i find it hard to believe that there was not a spare pillow anywhere in the hotel. it did affect her sleep that night in an otherwise comfortable room. on a very positive note: the water pressure in the shower and temperature control of the water was excellent.close

Excellent location, but we did not recieve very friendly service. We were also harassed by other youths who stayed at the hotel on arrival, one of them clearly gesturing to his friend at my companions open bag. The rooms were average for the price.

We phoned them several times about this problem. The manager admitted they made a mistake, but they refused us to pay us back the one night we weren't there. If I can give any advise: never book on-line for this hotel!! It was no service at all! They didn't even phone me to tell me they were not paying me back! My advise: look for another hotelclose

I enjoyed staying in your hotel. The only thing that is not good is that beds are covered with something nylon and so it makes too much noise to other person (even for me )when I wanted to change your position while sleeping. This is really undisturbing. Please change it.

An excellent hotel. If I had to state one negative then it would have to be the sound insulation in room 102 could have been greatly improved with a small bit of DIY to the outer french windows.

Don't except to have a real breakfast... My advice is to taste the Portuguese cakes in one of the "pastelarias" of the Rossio Square, where the hotel is situated. By the way, the location of the hotel is undoubtedly the best you can dream of!
