All in all this place is okay, but after our stay here we learned by experience that even in the capital you can find better value hostels.close

Excellent location right in the middle of Lisbon - close to train station (Rossio). Nice staff and clean rooms. A little noisy if room looks onto square but great view!

We personally recommend ths hostal that is located in the historical center, it has nice rooms and the staff is really helpful and kind. Cleanliness could be better, specially in bathroom, but is a good option.

The perfect place to stay in Lisbon! Situated just in the city centre! Good views to the Castle and really close to the main attractions! And furthermore, the price is great! i recommend it.

Phenomenal location, right in the heart of the city in the town square. Staff are really friendly and give great directions on how to get around. Rooms are very clean and they even folded our clothes for us.

Great location. I had a private room with a double bed which was great - plus a tv! The shower was crap -no pressure or temperature but the location and everything else made up for it. would definately stay again

The location of this hostel is one of the bests you'll ever find. It's just in Square Rossio, which is the center of Lisboa and directly connected with August street. Location in city center is great. But no heating in the room, it was freezing! The hostel had already withdrawed full amount from my credit card prior to my arrival, using my credit cards details without any authorization from my part!

Wonderful location, excellent security and friendly staff. However, no facilities for meeting other guests, or for eating food, other than in one's room. Decor needs attention, and worn towels and sheets need replacing.

Very friendly staff, speaking good English. Excellent location. Hard pillows and a bit noisy at night, due to renovation of Rossio station and supermarket deliveries! Take ear plugs!

Don´t listen to the stuff where to eat. Avoid centrum ( in eating ). Go to Vasco da Gama comercial center or to Colombo on Benfica by metro to eat somthing. The hostel is in a fantastic position, in the hearth of Lisbon. The rooms and the bathroom are clean. The staff is very gentle and nice. The only negative matter is that the rooms are very very hot. Anyway it is a good location to visit Lisbon!!!

Staff is great - we could leave our luggage in days we were not having a room for instance. Many hostels turn out to be a bit disappointing on some aspects, this is a hostel that is worth every penny.
