we had a great time, the staff were so helpful and the hostel was an original concept with all the poetry etc. Also great breakfast and free wifi!

Great location, atmosphere and staff attitude. The place is beautiful, and loved the living room (the deco, and the diversity of entertainment). The rooms are confortable, free wifi, and the bathroom was clean and huge. The breakfast is really generous!! Absolutley recommendable!

An amazing building! stunning actually!!! You really feel like your n holiday when you can sit and look out over the city with freshly squeezed orange juice!!!

would be very hot in summer (we visited in september and it was warm) as there is no air conditioning and if you have the room we had, there was only a tiny window. <otherwise it was great! breaky sitting at the bay window/ balcony was awesome!

Great hostel, very well run by Bruno and his partner. Right next to Rossio in a little off street which appears to be somewhat a ghetto but its actually really safe. We stayed in 3 different rooms, the double room on the top floor is the best, but we were comfortable the whole time. Could use a fan in the room during summer though. the best hostel we´ve ever stayed at. it was cool, fun and there wasn´t any of that "bar-crawling-feeling" that you can get at some hostel. it has a great loungearea and the breakfast is also super!the staff is also very helpful and gives you good tips of restaurants and small trips...

awesome place. was the second hostel in a three week trip of europe (currently in the middle of it) and it has been hard staying in other hostels after this place!

Although we were stranded in Lisbon for a night (due to the train being unexpectedly full), the guys at the hostel were kind enough to let us stay an extra night! Words fail to describe my gratitude to these guys.

This was a great place to stay. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The location was brilliant and they even have a cool room to hang out in. Definitely worth going to. Although we didn't stay there, the room with the two single beds would be a cheap and good option if you want...

The Lisbon Story Guesthouse was absolutely wonderful. Very cozy, clean, and affordable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it had an excellent location. By far one of the best places I've stayed at so far in Europe.

Simply a fantastic place, they love what they do, and that only can translate into a great experience. You MUST spend some time in the no-shoes room. When I'm back to Lisbon, I'll go there for sure.
