We have a very very small & wet room. The shared bathroom was very small too. Very noisy, you can´t sleep al night. We only could stay one night cause it was terrible.

Not the place to go if you are looking to sleep before midnight. A very nice place to meet new people as the staff engage you in conversation and will even take you out pub crawling.

A very cozy guesthouse that actually feels like a family house. The owners have a cat that wanders around the house. Well equipped kitchen, washing lines to dry your clothes, and a small backyard. The bad thing about this place is the slope leading to the guesthouse is very steep, even by Lisbon standards. Also, the guesthouse is a good walk away from the nearest metro station (10 min). Its got a decent location - near the best nightlife area, although not in the very center of town. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great and breakfast spread was one of the best that I´ve had in my hostel travels. Didn´t like the cats around, and the occassional cat accident in the bathroom, and the showers were kinda icky. Enjoyed my stay there and people were great.

Great place, even if it is quiet now in the low season. but the people working there are very nice, give great tips, and there's a lot of movies. And i had great fun learning to cook rice with the owner. ask them for tip on what to eat....

Were sick during our time here, good place to spend time just recovering though. Good kitchen, lots of great DVDs, internet. Good atmosphere created by the terrasse and people. Only complaint: a bit of a pain to get into the centre of town!

The person at the hostel was extremely rude to us from the verybeginning. there was also false advertising as she charged us more than she should have (about € 20) we were so unhappy we canceled the rest of the weekend and stayed somewhere else

Great staff - so helpful and friendly! Nice atmosphere as it is a smaller hostel. My only complaint - the bathrooms were not very clean, and the cats were a nuisance.

this was by far the best hostel we spend our time in. the staff is always there, VERY friendly and helpful. if you're open to get together with people - this is the place!

really amazing and friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. always some fun drinking to be done with the small group of fellow backpackers, and then everyone just kind of goes out to the bars, which are about 10 minutes away, in a big group. very cool place...

Place has great feel to it, its an old house so there isnot much security within the hostel but yuo need 3 different keys to get in, so its safe when you get in, but no lockers. beds were pretty bad, but hey thats what backpacking is all about.

There are definately better places to stay in lisbon, i didn't find this place sociable, the bathrooms were dirty and reception was often unattended for large periods of time - and there are resident cats

There were three cats in the building going everywhere, even to the dorms and kitchen. I´ve found several time a cat sitting on the bed. We have found twice cat "end product" in the bath as well. I wouldn´t go there again.
