5I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, least of all women travelling alone. This place is on the wrong side of the tracks to say the least. Scary. 1A place to recommend for its price and its cleanliness. Citotel Nordotel ignored the fact that we paid a 8 euros deposit through Hostelworld, though.

1Its a budget hotel that is excellent if you are travelling with a car. Metro station is not far away into town.

8Getting there is not too much of a problem, it's just that when you do, it's like a ghost town. Lille is dead. The hotel was ok but we seemed to be one of about 6 guests staying in a place that caters for 80. sooooo quiet. Free internet though.

3C'est proche d'une station de métro, mais loin du centre bucolique de Lille. Je crois que ça vaut la peine d'être dans le centre ville, surtout à Lille. Tu vas sauvé sur le ticket de metro.

7The room they gave us is nice, clean and tidy (and good value for the price they charge). The staff there is helpful and they gave useful information when we asked for directions to the nearest supermarket. The hotel itself is situated around 10 minutes from the metro.

3Is more an normal Hotel than a Hostel. A little bit far away from city centre, you have to take a metro and walk a little to get there and the area where is located is not the best part in town. But the Hotel is ok.

6Very convenient location for stop over. The free garage and being close to the motorway and a metro station make up for the fact that the hotel is out of the centre. The hotel was a bit dull in decoration but the staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good too.

8A perfectly okay place to stay for a night or two. Easy access from motorway and plenty of car parking space. Basic but comfortable room. Friendly staff.

8Hotel quite far from centre of Lille (3 metro stops and then 10 minute walk). Nothing to do in the hotel, friendly staff and quiet place.

1Bit of a way out of town but not far from the Metro Stop. They did not have my reservation when I arrived but quickly arranged a room at the price I expected to pay without trouble.
