This is a great place to base yoursel while you enjoy the beauty of the swiss alps, rooms were simple but clean and partys in the bomb shelter went off. cant wait to get back. Cheers

Great place to stay in a beautiful town! Really sucks thats the kitchen doesnt have a fridge or oven and that you have to pay to use the stove though! Other than that a really nice camping ground.

Very clean place and the attached shop was great. Only real negatives relate to the kitchen: 1) lack of a can opener in the communal kitchen (however, the restaurant opens them for you free of charge). 2) Charging for stove use is not a good thing either... & an oven would have been nice!...

If staying in the Jungfrau region, Lauterbrunnen is definitely the perfect location - breathtaking scenery. Although right at the end of the main street, the holiday park has really good facilities and is a good base for attractions in the area.

Good location and nice setup. Got free upgrade i.e. double-bed-room with private bathroom and kitchen facility. I would certainly recommend it to my friends. Restaurant and small grocery store within the camp site are very convenient.

It takes 20 minutes to walk . Its a nice walk with a beautiful view all around but with a luggage its difficult to walk. Moreover, there are no signs from the station for camping jungfru. First time, We were almost lost after walking for almost 15 minutes there were no sign for the hostel. Then some person who was going there guided us.close

Staff weren't too helpful. It was an average campsite. Cheaper wifi down the road. You have to pay to use the kitchen. There's only one sign pointing the way to the campsite but it's all you really need. Just head to the waterfall.

The view from our room was so beautiful. The camping ground is in a great location and there was so much to do there. Would recommend this hostel to anyone travelling to Switzerland! Would love to go back there again.

This is by far the cheapest place to stay in town, and its a great location, very social + there´s the bar. Only problem is cause its a camping place sometimes you have to walk a while to get to the bathroom.

I was impressed. We got a room to ourselves, and the facilities were much better than expected at a camping (better than many hostels). Also, there's a grocery store on site, which is convenient.

Excellent location - right at the foot of the alps. It's a camp ground, so don't go expecting a hotel and you won't be disappointed. Only downside is the Contiki Kids running about like idiots....

The rooms were funky, shared bathroom with a weird-ass shower. The staff was incredibly lazy, and even though we could only stay for one night they made us pay for two because they didn't like to clean the rooms everyday ( quote unquote, "I don't like to work"). Not recommended. If you make your bookings early enough, there are much better places to stay.close

I loved it here! It is a campground, but there are also cabins. I booked a hostel bed, but I ended up with a cabin to myself. They also have a store and restaurant that stay open later than the places in town, which is a god-send in Switzerland where everything closes early. I would...

The campground is beautiful, right near the big waterfall. Great facilities however be aware that it is the stop off for Contiki tours (4 showers and 3 bus loads of contiki girls). Supermarket is well priced. Were even given our own cabin when we arrived at no extra cost. Really enjoyed our stay!!

This is a good place for young traveler on a tight budget. We stayed in a cabin that was nice, but remember to bring your own sheets and towels. This is not a hotel it is trailer camper, but we really enjoyed the experience.
