Need lockers where my stuff can be locked up.

Security: It would be nice to have lockers in bedrooms, which could be locked using guests own padlock. I did not see these at this hostel. This is a common feature in shared dormitory accommodation elsewhere.

Beautiful facilities, nice and clean, not hard at all to reach the center of Lausanne or EPFL from the hostel thanks to the free public transportation card!

fairly institutional but it works, cheap for the insanely expensive town of lausanne. Our room could have used some type of locking cabinents for our stuff. Nice lobby. A little out of the way but easy to get to with one metro and one bus that come frequently.

I only stayed there for one night, but can highly recommend this hostel. Put simply, the most impressive youth hostel that I have yet stayed in. Impressive, spacious layout with excellent facilities and service. Almost derserves the status of a hotel.

For lausanne the rooms are cheap. have stayed in better hostels than this, not much entertainment. A staff at the desk was rude and unhelpful.

It was very convenient, and the staff were nice. Breakfasts were very good. I liked the free bus pass very much. Cheap by Swiss standards, but costs more than UK youth hostels. The reception was extremely helpful and warm. I also liked the bedroom, which was spacious and comfortable. Also located in a convenient place and easy to travel around.

it was lucky for us to choose here to stay. weve make a mistake on the booking date, it was awful. but the staff solved the problem immediately and found a large room for us to stay.

Ceci permettrait aux hôtes de se faire de la cuisine, rapide et à toute heure. It's not far from Lausannce city as long as you can take a bus to downtown and we got 2 days bus ticket for free. The room was comfortable,breakfst is average. Although there were many rooms but it wasn't noisy ..moreover it's quite near the lake ( 10 minutes walk ).

it's very far away from city center and it's not convenient for backpacker to arrive at hostel by walk.

Good place with lots of services for the price: free bus ticket, breakfast, shampoo, hair dryer. No charges for hot water! Was very clean and comfortable.

This is the worst youth hostel I've ever stayed. The location is far away from the train station and more importantly the staff is not nice. He made several mistakes when we checked in and he even blamed us Chinese for our insistance for making things clear...very outragerous at that moment...... more This is the worst youth hostel I've ever stayed. Hidden fees upon arrival... The hostel even charges for hot water. The rooms are made out of concrete and the hostel is a hike from the train station....

This place is run more like a large hotel than a youth hostel. The rooms were decent, very simple. It is a ways outside of Lausanne, though, and you have to take a bus into town. Buses are easy and convenient so it's not much of a problem. Breakfast was good, staff ok, and maybe a bit overpriced.... more This place is run more like a large hotel than a youth hostel. 20 min bus ride from train station. One bathroom for whole floor of bunk rooms. No mirrors or sinks in bunk rooms. Average breakfast. But safe, clean, towels, linen etc was good

Although the building is right in front of the train tracks, you don't hear the trains at night. Great hostel with clean rooms, pretty garden, and balconies off most rooms.
