Nestled in the heart of one of the most beautiful wilderness locations in western Scotland, Badicaul is ideally located for touring the Isle of Skye and exploring the treasures of the Scottish Highland The guest Rooms are warm and comfortable and offer panoramic views across to the Isle of Skye. En-suite facilities are available and some rooms have wheelchair access. All rooms are Ground level, they have tea and coffee making facilities, linen and towels. A hair dryer and iron and ironing board are available on request. The property has extensive gardens that extend to the shore and afford the opportunity to explore the many local rock pools and coves. Roe deer and pine martens are frequent visitors to the garden dolphins are often spotted from the house in the summer and seals can be seen all year round. The local town is lively but not wild, it is just a short walk to the village where guests may enjoy fine Scottish cuisine. **PLEASE NOTE** that we cannot accept credit cards on arrival, please pay by cash.

Tigh-a-Cladach was a bit on the pricey side, but location, location, location... It was beatiful! Rooms were tidy. Owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb! It was worth it

the location was all right, but Hostelworld is not. We booked via Ryanair a double bed private for € 38,33 a person per night on 11/07/2006. the landlord of Tich-a-cladach ensured me he had one double private that time. I have the print of this reservation. a few days later we got another mail from Hostelworld (booking confirmation) and I must say I have not spelled every syllabel of this briefing as for me the matter was already arranged. On arriving we could only have a twin room, a pity, without private bathroom, a ddisaster on my age and prostateproblem! We had to shortan our stay. and we saw at your e-mail 12-07-2006! twin room shared Bathroom! a complete change without warning and for the same price of 38,33 € p.p. INCREDIBLE! and a 10 % downpayment + bookingsfee charged on my credit card € 39,98 as YOU tell me, but my credit card tells me that allready on 11-07-2006 you (wp-hostelworld.com DUBLIN 6 GB) took € 41,23! As a member of a dutch Consumerrightsorganisation and as an 62 Y.old pensionted G.P. I ask you what to do ? Sew you because the very awfull nights we suffered or send a letter to the times about it. P.S. the landlord had nothing to do with this deposit, we payed him his regular price.close
