The place is just not worth it. It´s cheap, true, but you change your mind about how convenient it is when you see it´s full of advertisements everywhere (even on top of your bed), the towels are not clean at all (there are dirt stains on them) and you find out their cancellation policy is... more The place is just not worth it. I could not feel respect for the customer in the way they treat you when you have a problem. Will never stay there anymore in my life.close

Location Location Location everything that you need is close at hand and within walking distance. Will stay again next time in KL.

If you book through hostelworld.com there is a big chance that Tune Hotel will just ignore your booking and give your booked room to someone that made the reservation through their own website. Happened to me. They did not even help me find a new hotel.

it was good value for money and within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. the staff were always helpful and the food facilities within the hotel building were very convenient. the hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the monorail and LRT stations which makes travelling so easy.... more it was good value for money and within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. the staff were always helpful and the food facilities within the hotel building were very convenient. the hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the monorail and LRT stations which makes travelling so easy. there are loads of shops and restaurants across the road from the hotel. we were extremely impressed with the location. the hotel has a busy and friendly atmosphere. would definately go there again.close

I think the air ventilation system is not good even we buy for air condition. I can't breath well.

Hotel room was smelly and I'm pretty sure there was mould. Window was towards a closed chute so there was absolutely no possibility to get fresh air. I'm just waiting what's going to happen in the future when the hotel gets older...

July 2008 We had a wondefull time in KL andf the Tune Hotel helped us to feel just great. The location is very good with regard to be connected to public transport. Staff was very friendly and helpfull and the room had a wondefull shower and bed, so that was not only a promise ;-) Thanks

My sheet had a big yellow spot but overall I was impressed by the hostel. Surely one of the best in SE Asia. If you have plans for renovation - please do something about soundproofing of the windows. But personnel is superbly fluent in English, helpful and always smiling - which is very rare...

They are still completing some sections of the hotel but the staff were more than excellent at providing help and friendly service, rooms were very clean, very comfy bed, great shower. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service. Central location. Check out the individual floors for its unique designs. This hotel really redefines budget travelling.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Love the fact that you choose what you want. Very comfortable beds on par with 5 star hotels! The shower was awesome!
