This hotel is ideally situated to explore all the major sights in KL. It was a shame that the staff had no recollection about our reservation - even when I handed them a copy of the print out from HostelWorld!!

2The location of the hotel at Imbi (very close to the Imbi monorail station) is very convenient. It is also close to the shopping centres. Being a Business Class hotel, it had all the amenities. The breakfast spread is also good. Only problem I faced is that the Hotel refused to honour the advance... more The location of the hotel at Imbi (very close to the Imbi monorail station) is very convenient. 2It took the front desk staff quite a long time to locate our booking. We waited for over half an hour while this staff was checking. At last a second staff named "Sharina" came to assistance and she located our record right away. She was very helpful and very friendly, a true asset to...

1When you pay good money you get good places. This was a great place to stay to finish our trip. Huge buffet spread, comfortable bed and pillows. Right around the corner from shopping centre central, Pprada, LV, Gucci, etc etc. Monarail at the doorstep, best way to get there Bus to Central...
