No complaints over the place, stayed before so I went back. Convenient place to stay, right in the heart of China Town and two MRT stations walking distance away. No fun factor yet its just a hotel and not a hostel.

We had a broken air conditioner so they changed our room. Our second room had a leaking air conditioner. Overall a good experience for the price.

The staff was OK but they should help people with heavy bags and guide them to the room when they check in. We think this place is a bit overpriced.close

Loved it...fantastic staff, great location. I left my ipod in the lobby and it was still there 2 hours later, although I don't recommend anyone else try that. It's worth it to pay for a window.

this place is more of a sex motel than a tourist lodging. there are no windows in the room!!! the pictures you see in the pics section are not the real thing. thoroughly cleaned though :) very accessible from the train station. no hassle encountered.

Not really one of the best hostels I have been to. My room didn't have any windows and felt like a prison. The sorrounding area is pretty dirty and I don't think it looked that safe at times. Good value for money and not a bad place to crash for a few days.

Stayed for two nights then they gave my room away! That was a problem.....obviously. They also wouldn't leave me alone about booking side trips. Didn't make this a nice place to stay. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others. There are to many choices to...

The staff answered all my questions and were genuinely happy to see us in the morning and at night. The location is great in chinatown, right in the heart of the markets so easy to do lots of shopping!

After changing our room to reflect our actual reservation, Chinatown Inn did not accept our online deposit. So, we really paid a lot more for the mediocre room than any other person would had they walked in off the street. When we complained several times to Hostelworld, they promised to refund our money, but never did! This was a terrible experience!close

Very good location. It's 2-5 minutes away from the nearest MRT station. And this MRT station is just a station away from Kulala Lumpur Central, the hub of the transport system in KL. Rooms are reasonably priced. The staff was most hlepful. It's an affordable, clean, convenient, quiet and...

This is a decent value if your looking for a place to sleep and a clean bathroom. There was no window so if you desire natural sunlight this can be depressing. I had planed to stay longer but the front desk staff said the he would raise the rate so I moved after my three day resevation was over.

The hotel is a little dated however, it is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and will book day tours for you. Location-wise, the Chinatown markets are literally at your door-step.

I really enjoyed to stay in this hotel. It's just sorry cause a room of last day was a bit smelly. But I alredy heard the hotel had not enough room at the day. So I couldn't change. The location of the hotel is very nice to enjoy china town. Thank you.

It's a great location! Just don't spend any time in the room...it's too depressing! The bathroom is the kind that gets drenched when you shower - there's no stall. The a/c works minimally.

More of a hotel atmosphere than a hostel as no real communal area from what I saw, but very very good. Would definitely stay there again.

I really don't understand why peopel would want to rate "fun". I want to a place to stay in an exciting city and if there is American students having "fun" no one is able to sleep and no one has fun the next day
