We booked airport pickup, and had a confirmation by E-mail3 days before we lefthome, but nobody were thereto pick us up,and the management did not care.

Very dirty room, especially shower. Do not agree with Lonely Planet opinion that this is a friendly & clean hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was in the heart of the city centre. It was an excellent value for money. In our future visits to KL, I will stay in this hotel.

The hotel looked good on the pictures and the location wasn't that bad. But in conclusion it was utterly disgusting. The staff was unfriendly, the restaurant was filled with flies and the room was unclean. There were dirty sheets with holes and the toilet didn't have a plastic seat. And...

Hi, I booked on-line to stay at your hotel on the 12th january and it looked from your web site to be a nice hotel, However when I arrived The first room I was allocated was a shock, it was in a terrible condition and there was a horrible mouldy like smell. I then phoned reception who then moved... more Hi, I booked on-line to stay at your hotel on the 12th january and it looked from your web site to be a nice hotel, However when I arrived The first room I was allocated was a shock, it was in a terrible condition and there was a horrible mouldy like smell. I then phoned reception who then moved me to a different room which was no better, It also stated on your web site there was a bath in the Bathroom which there was not. The carpets were filthy, the bathroom door was rotted and everything was very old, worn and dirty even the bed sheet didn't appear to have been cleaned. I have attached some pictures of the room which show how bad a state it was in. I am disgusted with the service you provide and the unwelcome of your staff, I originally booked for 3 nights but after the first my wife woke up with a throat infection and I had to take her to the doctors, It was then to late to check out so I was forced to stay another night and then I moved to a different Hotel. I strongly suggest that you refund my money in full or I will seek legal action regarding the way you falsely advertise you Hotel, and in fact the state it is in. I look forward to your reply and hope that you seriously consider refunding my money. If i do not hear back from you within 24 hrs I will be taking further action. Regards, Mr. Crookclose

Location wise garden city hotel is good only thing is, there's no user friendly tools or way to know how we can get around the city easily, thanks to john, our tour guide who makes our stay in Kuala Lumpur a memeorable one. A dirty hotel. The room stank of rising damp and the toilet and shower/bath showed its age by being very mouldy and dirty....the kind of mould and dirt you can never get out!! On our second night the hotel radio blasted music extremely loudlyout on its speakers at 3am in the morning......when we... more A dirty hotel. On our second night the hotel radio blasted music extremely loudlyout on its speakers at 3am in the morning......when we asked for it to be turned off the porter refused to try and remedy it and turn it off. We were forced to get rather angry in order for him to turn off the radio system. We would never recommend the hotel to anyone or indeed stay there again.close

Pls do not say that breakfast are until 10:30 and the kitchen close at 10:00. We were ther 2 days at 10:15 and you didn`t have any more food or even bread.

The breakfast was a disgusting, unorganised affair. The hotel was obviously not used to European guests. Young men collected around the Reception and followed us up in the lift. The porter even got in the lift to have a look. It was a very uncomfortable experience and made us not wish to leave...
