I had a power cable for my mac stolen from my locked room. I'd left the building for about 20 minutes to get a sandwich, so pretty unbelievable. The male staff member I dealt with was mildly helpful but it did feel like - "well, that's your problem". Given the door was locked, I think...

Great place to stay in the heart of KL. Its got everything you could ask for in a hostel. The bed was a touch hard though, but if that's all you can critic a hostel for then its a good stay.

A good place to stay- nice location in golden triangle, 24/7 toast and coffee also nice. Pool table in lobby and dvd room upstairs also great. However having my credit card stolen while here put a dampener on things. Take good care of your things!

Staff were not that friendly and didn't seem like they wanted to help. Rooms were decently sized but because there aren't any windows, it feels like you're literally trapped in a wooden box. Walls are mostly wood and not sound-proof, so you hear everything, from other guests walking past the room...

It was really good. The location was great just near the night food markets and it wasn't hard to get to anywhere in the city from this central location. Everything was very clean and the rooms were very quaint.

I only stayed one night, but had a very good stay. For people staying in dorms you get a very large secure locker, which adds to peace of mind! The dorms and bathrooms are very clean.Would happily stay there again next time I am in KL.

A nice, central location (although it was a bit hard to find at first), clean bathrooms and rooms. The staff do what they need to do, but seems a bit short handed, and do not go out of their way to be overly friendly and helpful.

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Location is perfect for venturing out everywhere. Staff are really helpful on giving me tips and directions. Some rooms have no windows so it's easy to oversleep if you don't have alarms. I would definitely come back.

Good location, central for all main attractions and close to Monorail. Ensuites only have private showers, so we had to share toilets and sinks, which was no problem as they were clean. Free Internet and WI-FI (only in Lobby area) were a plus.

This was a nice place to stay close to the main area. About 15 min or so walk though to the main nightlife though but not so bad. Rooms were clean, but many of the rooms don't have windows to the outside, just to the hallway.

The room we reserved did not even exist at the hostel. We reserved a 2 bed room with private bath ensuite. They do not have 2 beds in a room, so I had to share a bed. The private bath ensuite was only a shower. I had to share toilet facilities and sink space with others.
