Apartment was not as advertised, in a dodgy area, staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

The stairway to the apartment was tatty with well worn steps but the apartment Ikea in style, clean and warm, especially as it was very cold and snowy outside in January 2207! If you are looking for flasy box boring like hotel accom this is not for you. The authenticity of its location amongst the local Polish people, surrounded by culture, history the synogogues etc then this is the place. The main square Rynek Glowny was a longer then anticipated walk about 20-30 minutes, possibly shorter when less snow and ice on the ground! We loved it and Mariuz picked us up at the airport for free and we booked him for travel back to the airport as we had an early flight, he was very prompt and efficient. All round a good experience.close

The room itself was nice though. We were met by a nice landlord and the apartment was clean. Very nice bathroom. The apartment was a bit on the small side for a group of 4 people, and we are pretty sure there were flees in one of the pillows. The internet site also said free car parking, this ment regular street parking.. The landlord advised us that the closest parking lot was 1 km to walk..They also didn't give us any information about a change in apartments (and adress) until we by coincidence asked for directions there about 1 hour before arrival. We liked the location, good restaurants in the area, and walking distance to the old town and the castle.close

The couple of points that was on web site that wasn't correct. 1. Advertised 24 hour reception there was no reception at all, property was located where people actually live, as it was a apartment divided into two rooms and was quite small not enough for three adults to live there. 2. Advertised laundry there was one set of towels left for us when we arrived other than that, they were not renew, and the room wasn't cleaned daily this wasn't the impression that the web site gives. 3.Knew room was for three people had only left two cups, etc, i know this is quite a small complaint but when you book for three you expect things to be down for three people. 4. There was no atmosphere as there was no staff anywhere, as it was a actual apartment block where the local people lived, and you had to carry your suitcases up three flights of stairs as there wasn't a lift. On the whole the apartment was clean but the impression the web site gives you is that you are going to a hotel type of accommodation with a room set up able to accommodate three adults with a separate bathroom.close

I had been travelling manz hours and was exhausted, hot and in need of a shower so this was very inconvenient. When the owner showed up he said i woulnt be stazing there but at a place a lot further out which annoyed me so i had no choice but to go. The building was very rough and dirtz on the outside and inside, however the appartment was clean and tidy. Two other groups of people reported that they too had been led to believe that they would be in the central location. Hope this helps.close

The apartment is only a short walk from the tram. We were able to walk or take transportation to anywhere in the Krakow area. The room faced a small square and was very quite in the evening. There are all kinds of restaurants, cafes and clubs in the area. Also, walking at anytime, is not a problem. We felt very safe walking at anytime in the city.
