While this is not the company's fault the fact that management made no effort to quiet the group was extremely disappointing - we would have been better off in a hostel with staff onsite 24/7. Other than the noise the rooms were clean and bright, and in a great location.close

che dire....ne vale troppo la pena...un gran appartamento a 10 mt dal centro grande staff a prezzo modico...quando tornero' a cracovia non esitero' a prenotare nuovamente da loro...consigliatissimo!!

They messed up our reservation so we had to change apparments twice as they gave our apt to someone else. Staff very friendly and helpful, only problem was no facility for paying balnce of accomodation costs due by bank or credit card. We had some difficulty trying to gateher up enough cash especially as Scottish notes not accepted in most Exchanges or Banks. Staff say they are in the process of...

Everything was excellent about the apartment and Krakow was a fantastic place the ony problem was that when we arrived we was told we wasnt staying in Florianska we was taken to an apartment 15 mins away just outside the square other than that fantastic!

This apartment is in great condition and in an awesome location! Florianska is the main shopping street (pedestrian zone) in downtown Krakow. There is a bit of noise outside on the weekends, but it is very minimal when you compare it to the central location of this apartment. this was an excellent property in a brilliant location,room was massive,spotless and very comfortable. the guy running it was very friendly and helpful.if you plan a trip to krakow this property should meet any recquirements.

These apartments are fab! 1/4 of the cost of our friends 5* hotel but we had a bigger room and nicer location. They gave us local help, booked a tour for us and couldnt have done more. And the view from the room is brilliant.

This apartment rocks!! The newly furnished room is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a large private bathroom. There is also a nice 20" satellite TV and a powerful fridge. The newly furnished room is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a large private bathroom. There is also a nice 20" satellite TV and a powerful fridge. It is very centrally located,less than 200m from the main square, yet quiet and full of privacy. The security is superb (keys to the main door and your apartment door), and the owner is also very friendly. We paid about 310 zlotys for 2 nights' stay and it was worth every penny! Given that this is an apartment, the owner will not be at the reception all the time but can be reached at his cell phone. In all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here for any group visiting Krakow.close

Really impressed with the accomodation. Location is perfect, right in the city centre. Owner was very helpful and pointed out the best places to go. It was very clean, good size and extremely secure. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! cheap too!
