Nice place to stay and the location is very central. Receptionist was very helpful when I had left passports in Warsaw.

Very close to the city center, it's perfect if you don't want take taxi or train. Panorama apartment is very big with parque. There is just a little problem. The flat is situated at the first floor and under there is train station.

Me and my partner found the staff very helpful, one of them, Maciej, picked us up from the airport on christmas eve, taking time out from his family and was good enough to provide us with maps and general information, which we both have no doubt is part of their job but considering the day we... more Me and my partner found the staff very helpful, one of them, Maciej, picked us up from the airport on christmas eve, taking time out from his family and was good enough to provide us with maps and general information, which we both have no doubt is part of their job but considering the day we found it to be a very nice touch, he also organised a taxi and a traditional Polish meal at another hotel which was incrediable. We would both reccommed these rooms to others and would use them again when we return to Krakow. The only real downside is that we had to leave at all!!!close

Good location (5 mins walk from centre), clean with friendly staff. Only downside was the noise of the trams and size of towel!
