We just love everything. The staff was most helpful. We needed to leave early for our next stop and they packed a lunch for all of us to take. We will stay here again

Whilst the hotel is located in the most depressing part of Krakow, the hotel itself is of exceptional standard. A brillant hotel!!! It is quaint and very walkable to the Old Town. The only other noticeable flaw is the indifferent nature of some of the staff. It is quaint and very walkable to the Old Town. The only other noticeable flaw is the indifferent nature of some of the staff. I received a more endearing reception from the gardener/cleaner who was very keen to inform me of the beauty of Krakow. A Fantastic guy!!! Perhaps, a smile from some of the front line staff would have added some colour to a very gloomy autumn. Overall, a fantastic effort and definitely worth the stay.close

The only problem came on the last day of my stay when there were several more people staying in the hotel. I had stated the previous night that I would take breakfast at 9am, however, when I came to the restaurant there was no space available and I had to wait outside for nearly 10 mins. I then... more The only problem came on the last day of my stay when there were several more people staying in the hotel. I had stated the previous night that I would take breakfast at 9am, however, when I came to the restaurant there was no space available and I had to wait outside for nearly 10 mins. I then had to wait a further 5 mins for the table to be cleared before I could start breakfast. I would recommend they stagger breakfast sittings in future.close
