We didn't get any room in the hostel, even though we made a reservation. We were informed that there is no room for us and the staff member proposed us to move to some other place - some private apartment. Very odd.

Not at the address given; quite close to the castle, regular trams. The owner picked us up from the station which was nice. It's true that the building is run down but the apartment itself was very modern and clean. Twin beds not double. Overall a positive experience.

Not bad but not great. More an unmanned hostel than "apartments". Small rooms (bunk beds) & no apartment facilities. Staff only there for check in so no one to ask questions of & you can't drop bags if you arrive early. You can only leave bags after check-out if no one is taking... more Not bad but not great. Do not be frightened by the very old front door; inside there are some very nice and modern rooms. Great place not very far from the Jewish quarters (10min walk) and the main square (20 min walk). We had a great 5 nights at the Rainbow Apartments and can absolutely recommend it!

The building was very run down but the apartment inside was clean and nicely decorated. We didn't find much to do in this area and so took a tram ride into the centre each day.

Brilliant clean apartment in the heart of town(Jewish quarter).The staff was great.The location perfect.The rooms are new and modern style.Very nice schower.We loved it and would stay again !!!

hi! i like to recomend this place!! the room was very clean a new modern style,and the owner is very helply.This place is situated very near main sqaure,we like back to rainbowapartments next time,for good price you have high standard!! i give this place the best notes!!

The room was excellent,the staff also.They organize for me trip to Auschwitz.I was very enjoyed in this place.The owner pick me up from the airport for free!! I was in many places in Krakow,but Rainbow Apartments RULEZZ!!

The owner upgraded me to a full studio apartment when the room I booked was already taken... very nice, and a great location in Kazimierz. Krakow is really an amazing city.

The place is terrible!!! Don´t go there! The only reason the owner offers free pick up is , that u´ll never find the place by your own. There´s no shower and the hot water lasts for 10 minutes maximum. You will going to cry when u see the building!! The place is a hole.

Our mini-apartment had the best bathroom of any on our tour. Bit of a hike from the railway sstation, but couldn't be better for restaurants - numerous choices within 100m.

The inside of the appartment itself was great. The stairs leading up to it were appalling. They were in terrible disrepair, no/limited light therefore could not see where to step. It was a major hazard in my opinion. The appartment was tastfully decorated.

Marius, the owner was very nice and obliging. He has a number of properties so meets you and takes you to yours. Ours was on the square in the old Jewish quarter which was very interesting, near to many bars and restaurants and 10/15 minutes walk into the centre. We had an excellent 6 days there.

Quite different address, than given on the website. The owner has flats in different parts of town and he doesn,t tell you where you are going to stay. And we chose the place, because of the location advertised on hostelworld.com

A pleasant stay a newly renovated apartment, the owner of which was friendly and helpful. A bit expensive but comfortable room with private bathroom. Excellent location in the heart of the Jewish district Kazimierz!

No reception was not ideal. had to ring or pre arrange pickup by staff in order to get to your room. No windows to outside in our room, so no real fresh air and got really stuffy at night. Got a twin instead of a double that we requested. BUT staff was great and friendly.

Manager was very helpful and kind. The only bad thing is that it is a little bit away from the city center. Other than that, GREAT! Recommended!

Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Free pick up on arrival to Krakow was great. We stayed in the double room which was located in the centre of the Jewish quarter, Kazimierz, where bars and restaurants line the streets. The main rail station is only 5-10 mins by tram, very esy access.

I stayed in a separate site to the Rainbow apartments but run by the same owner. It was located 15 mins walk from the Market Square (5 min tram ride). No self catering facilities apart from a kettle in the room. The building was not appealing but the apartment was fine. It was located close to loads of shops and right opposite a tram stop. I was picked up from the airport (make arrangements via email) but otherwise did not see any staff. The apartment is self contained with no reception but very good door security. Noise not an issue. I would recommend this site as it is certainly value for money and once you get over the building it is a perfect base to see Kracow.close

the unit was spacious and well funished but it was only superficially clean. the bathroom and kitchen needed a good scrub. location about 15 mins walk into old town but difficult to get to with luggage from airport/train station as limited public transport
