If you want to stay in this hostel you need to be lucky. We booked a private bath over hostelworld but when we got to the hostel, we didnt get one. This was due to a mistake on hostelworld.com because there the prices were not correct (which is a mistake of the hostel, I guess). But the staff was friendly and after two days they gave as a room with a private bath, but this room then was a lot smaller and not that nice (the curtains were too short!) anymore. So our guess is that the hostel has good and not so good rooms.close

They do not understand the meaning of 'En Suite' bathroom! Don't expect your en suite bathroom that you pay extra money for to be actually attached to your room or to be locked and private. the breakfast will be delivered to the annex kitchen at the time you want. you can also book the guided tours to auschwitz and the salt mine.

We ended up getting a two bedroom apartment with a small kitchen for my husband and two girls. It was within a couple of minutes walk from the main office. Breakfast of rolls and yogurt was delivered to us every morning. The apartment was perfect for us, old but clean. The only minuses were that the drain in the bathtub hardly worked at all and the flies that came in whenever we had the windows open. I would recommend screens for the windows. All in all, very good value for the price.close

Staff very helpful and friendly. Our only suggestion would be that housekeepers should empty waste bin on room daily. But that's minimal, we had a great time there! Many thanks!!!

Great location, nice spacious apartment. Added bonus of breakfast delivered to our doorstep every morning at the time of our choice. Not the newest apartment but did the job fine.

This place was in a good location - just a few minutes from the city centre. The young staff were ok, but the ˝boss˝ hassled us about using the internet too much and the bed was the worst I have ever slept on. It was ok.

This accommodation is in rooms around the town. Breakfast is presented in a plastic bag on the door handle with no implements to eat. I would say that the room is not cleaned at all during the stay and no towels are provided.

The Janexim Krakow was a great place to stay. Nice, clean apartment in quiet area of town with short walk to old town center. Our apartment had two private rooms with a common room with a bed and small kitchen with small refrigerator.

This is a great location-five min walk to square and quiet Great breakfast and staff The only downfall is that there is little hot water. 2 min shower only If you have your own bathroom maybe its okay Free internet bonus also

Janexim Krakow Rooms is a fine place to stay but the rooms with ensuites are the better choice as those on reception level can be a bit noisy and the hot water ran out a couple of times in the shared bathrooms.

Fantastic location, overlooking the University. Spacious apartment with all mod cons. Very reasonable and perfect for independant travellers who are happy to go it alone without the social scene a hostel can give.

Unfortunately, although we booked an ensuite double room, when we arrived we were told they had didnt have any. No one has offered an explanation for this yet. I dont think I will use hostelworld again.

We changed into one of their rental apartments for the second night, which you should ask for as they are a much better deal and you get a room with shared bath for the same price.
