Staff were very helpful and spoke good english. Rooms were clean and the guestrooms were only 5mins from the main square. Would definetly stay again.

The breakfast was very good, Location is good, and generally speaking staff are quite helpful with regards to information on tours, Aushwitz, THe salt mines, Wawel etc. However obtaining fresh linen and towels could be an issue at times!

Excellent, staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. I would recommend the offer of the Guestroom's car transfer from and to the airport. All in all, a thoroughly excellent short break experience.

I highly recommmend this guesthouse if you need somewhere to stay that's central yet still quiet, its about a 10 min walk to the main square. The staff were friendly and the room was of a high standard, had my own bathroom and a shared kitchen which came in useful. Brilliant location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff - even refunded one night's accomodation because our flight was cancelled at the last minute. Would use again!

We really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, we highly apreciated their efforts. Everything was simply perfect from the room to the breakfast. Thank you so much for you kindness. You made our stay in Krakow unforgettable.

this was our favourtie hostel, it was really close to everything we never needed to get a taxi. The rooms were really spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful and gave us a map and loads of brochures. I would recommend this place

best hostel i have stayed in ever! Clean and safe and excellent breakfast. Perfect if you are with someone else and want some peace on your own.....didnt hear any noise from anyone.

I never stayed in better accommodation, even when the rooms cost more. It also never occurred to me that affordable accommodation could be this good. Thanks for making us feel so at home. =D

Quiet neighborhood but in 5 minutes your in the center of Krakow. The staff are right there for you, ready to help you with whatever you need. Great choice for Krakow!

hotel is in an excellent location - 5 mins from main square, staff are incredibly helpfull and friendly and rooms are perfect for a short budget break. I would stay here again

It had an entrance/kitchen with a small refrigerator so that you can keep food/drinks for late nights. The girls at the reception are very helpful when asked specific questions; and best of all, it has free internet access through the computer set at the reception. I would come back again to Cybulskiego Guestrooms in my next trip to Krakow.close

Not a bad place to stay if you need an apartment or room instead of a dorm bed. Free WiFi was great. Too bad the neighbors were too noisy.

Everything was very nice appart from a small incident, when a staff member was trying to enter our room and to unlock with her keys while we were inside and telling her "one moment, we are coming".

Pretty good location just west of the old town, about 5 mins walk away. Only issue was a small hot water tank, not sufficient for more than 3 people, but you might have 6 or more sharing it. Staff are very helpful otherwise.

overall very good stay however we were there for 7 days and we feel that our room should have been cleaned atleast once and the trash removed. Can be noisy at night/early morning due to shared location of the kitchen which backs onto the rooms. Otherwise though an enjoyable stay.

This place is absolutely pefect if you want to stay in a nice quiet place near the center. The rooms are great and it was the most comfortable room hostel/pension I have stayed in on my trip!

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent spacious bright apartment in a quiet street, 5/10 minutes walk to central square. All facilities (except TV). We recommend it and will be going back.

Location superb. Landlady lovely ... gave us all a big hug on depature !! Krakow itself is beautiful ... lets hope that Brits abroad dont find it too soon !!

great location really close to the market square although the language difference with our host made it hard sometimes she was more than helpful..the shower kinda sucked and made it hard for both of us to shower as the water ran out
