Remarkably unscathed during both World Wars, and extremely pleasing on the eye, it's no wonder that Krakow is Poland's most visited city. - This beautiful synagogue dates from 1664 and has only been partially restored since the war. During the day there are several older documentary films on Kazimierz on display there.
