I would gladly recommend the Emerald Garden Resort in Krabi to anyone who wants to be in a lovely resort that is handy to all activities in this beautiful part of the world. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

Very nice after initial hiccup when they denied all knowledge of our booking! Couldn't get wi-fi to work, poor signal, and they charge twice the going rate to use theirs.

The grounds are beautiful, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. I think that the price is a little bit high compared to many other places closer to the beach, we had friends staying in Ao Nang for less than 1/2 of what we were paying and seemed to be quite nice places as well. Still a great place to stay, but a bit pricey.close

Amazing resort - had the time of our lives! Staff were friendly and service was second to none. Things are on the up in Ao Nang!

Would go back in a heart beat. But, check out Ko Phi Phi, they need tourists to come there in 2005 so they can rebuild after tsunami. Then go back to Ao Nang and the Emerald in 2006!
