Very convenient location, easy to shopping center, restaurants, etc. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, you can ask them for car services. I'm sure I will stay here again if go to Sabah next time.

A super hostel...dont let the entrance area put you off. Situated above a terrific local cafe (open 24 hrs), and very central to everywhere. Very clean, good showers and the staff are ever smiling and helpful. (Joy in particular!) Will definately stay there again when i go back to KK

Very good location, very clean, big king size bed. The staff is very warm. Only one suggestion is the tour information is limited and lots of materials are out of date. Maybe can imporve the service about this, then will attract more people to come and make another source of income.

Never judge a book by its cover, cause this one is a good read. Small, cosy and most of all accomodating. Red Palm was what we needed: clean sheets, hot water, laundry service, telephone & cards. Most of all these guys know what it means to travel and have great tips on local food hangouts...

It is clean. But to keep it clean, the staff are a little bit strict with the rules living in this hostel. There are not enough washrooms & toilets. Thanks.

My girlfriend was especially charmed by this little intimate place :-))) We stayed in double room, by the way - dorms are less pleasant.

This hostel was ok. Very quiet tho, not a good place to meet up with other travellers if you're travelling on your own. Other than that it's fine.

Its in the right place, all you need to explore KK (and beyond) and deserves to do well. But its the staff that really sets it apart from all other hostels - we really felt like family, esp on returning to KK. It gets our highest recommendation and I've no doubt we'll be back sometime soon. Thanks again Tommy, Veronica and all the girls - great memories. xclose

It was a pleasant stay at RedPalm! The whole Staff was everytime very helpfull in everything. Only the prices for the trips are a bit more expensive then by other Travel Agents. But it is still ok. Thanks a lot to the whole RedPalm Staff.

This is by far the best hostel we have stayed at in Borneo, and easily one of the best in Asia. Its very clean, quiet, the beds are comfortable, the location is central, the staff incredibly kind, and the free internet , satellite tv and no smoking policy was a bonus. We highly recommend....

I based myself there and each time I went away, I just took a small backpack leaving the rest of my luggage in the hostel's care. It was perfectly safe there.close

Excellent hostel, very well run by extremely nice people, great central location and secure, rooms are big and the whole hostel is spotless, really relaxing place to stay. Ideal for chilling out or as a base for Mt. K., thanks Tommy and the staff.
